Quick Start Guide

  1. Sign Up: Create your account at mdmist.in
  2. Start Trial: Begin your 4-hour free trial
  3. Connect Audio: Allow microphone access in your browser
  4. Make Calls: Start a customer call and watch the AI suggestions appear
  5. Review: Check your dashboard for call insights

Setting Up Your Account

Using MDMIST

During Calls

  • Keep the MDMIST window visible on your screen
  • Suggestions appear automatically as the conversation progresses

Understanding Suggestions

MDMIST provides different types of suggestions:

  • 🔵 Objection Handlers: Responses to customer concerns
  • 🟢 Closing Prompts: Signals to move toward closing
  • 🟡 Competitive Intel: What to say about competitors
  • 🟣 Product Info: Relevant product details

Best Practices

  1. Glance at suggestions naturally during the conversation
  2. Adapt suggestions to your personal style
  3. Don't read suggestions verbatim—use them as guidance
  4. Review call insights after to improve

Troubleshooting

Audio Not Working

  1. Check browser microphone permissions
  2. Ensure your microphone is not muted
  3. Try refreshing the page
  4. Test with a different browser

Suggestions Not Appearing

  1. Verify your internet connection is stable
  2. Check that audio is being detected (indicator light)
  3. Speak clearly and at normal volume
  4. Contact support if issue persists

Dashboard Not Loading

  1. Clear your browser cache
  2. Disable browser extensions temporarily
  3. Try incognito/private mode
  4. Use a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)

Account Issues

  • Can't log in: Use "Forgot Password" to reset
  • Billing questions: Email hq@mdmist.in
  • Upgrade/downgrade: Manage from Dashboard > Settings > Billing
